Yes. Drafts are generated against the public review only, and templates explicitly avoid confirming or referencing protected health information.

Do staff need to approve every reply?

By default, yes. You can also allow rules-based auto-reply for positive reviews above a star threshold.

Can reviews be tagged by provider?

Yes. Reviews are tagged to the provider mentioned, with practice-level fallback when no provider is named.
